While the ocean views and some other luxury amenities are certainly superior on Moonstone Beach, this small hotel is quiet, supremely clean, and within walking distance of the shops and restaurants on the east side of town. There's a great balcony view of the local creek, and frogs will sing you to sleep on a spring or summer night. Linens, bathroom accessories, lighting, A/C are all top notch, and the property is extraordinarily clean, with friendly staff. This is a great hotel for a short stay in Cambria.

The room was large, bright and just beautifully renovated. Enjoyed our short stay immensely. Exceptionally clean and comfortable and loved the creek running at the back of the property. It felt like you were in a very serene location instead of in a small town. Walking into town to the shops and restaurants was just a short distance and a nice way to start the day.
